"Welcome, Welcome to our store! Please look around and let me know if you need any help, we want you to enjoy your shopping experience here!" A woman exclaimed chipperly, smiling a wide, Barbie-Doll smile as Kiku entered the store. Kiku twitched, staring at the woman in fear. "Yeah.. okay then... thanks." She said, inching her way into the store around the woman, carefully trying to avoid her, though she kept turning with her and smiling that wide, creepy smile. Kiku almost broke out into a run once she was inside, and quickly hide herself around the clothing racks and within the crowds. She peeked over the heads of people and tops of racks to see the woman greeting more people entering. Kiku let out a sigh of relief, "Man, how creepy." She said quietly, before straightening up and looking around the store curiously. Most of it was clothing, though there were a few other random knick knacks in the store as well.
Kiku tilted her head, lazily pushing clothes around in the racks, none of it striking her fancy. "Why'd I even come in here? Maybe I should see if this mall has a Barnes and Noble instead..." Kiku said thoughtfully, deathly wanting to go to a bookstore now. Clothes never held her attention very long, especially these ones. It was too pink, frilly, preppy and... well girly. Kiku didn't mind wearing dresses or skirts or girl clothing, but some of these things were just over doing it in the prep factor. She'd rather wear the clothes like those at Hot Topic, though her mother was never happy to see her coming home in black pants clinking with chains and zippers, along with a mesh over top to go over her black sleeveless shirt. Kiku laughed at the thought, she only did that to her mother a few times, and her reaction was hilarious, before it was scary. Abandoning her search for clothes, her feet led her towards a rack of all different kinds of hats. She shuffled through them, picking up and trying on a few, before putting them back and continuing the process. Finally she picked up a black paper-boy hat, looked at it curiously, before placing it on her head. A perfect fit! Kiku looked at herself in the mirror, turning to the side every now and then, moving the hat around different ways, before smiling. "Finally, something I'm actually happily willing to spend my money on that's not books." Kiku laughed, fiddling with the hat.
